Community

The Community Sub-DAO is open to all Mech and will be a free minting experience. We recognize that the overall Mech community forms the essence and backbone of the Clan. Mech NFT holders are welcome to join in activities regardless of their financial contributions. The benefits of this free mint include attending events and experiences, networking, and taking part in the decision-making processes of the sub-organization. Members are welcome to participate in the governance and may submit proposals to participate (to some degree) in the decision-making process which includes but is not limited to products, services, solutions, gamification, engagement, mini-games, meta-games, education, and gaming. However, should there be any funding needed to implement these strategies then Members will be required to vote on how to spend the Community funds, and if found insufficient would need to be escalated to the Main Entity for further voting. Fund allocations must be voted on by the Members responsible for the Main Treasury. When most Community voting members pass the proposal and an appropriate quorum is achieved, the Main Entity will provide an assessment detailing the expected cost, resource allocation, estimated completion timeframe, and impact analysis. Following this, a discussion period commences. A final vote on the MIP, along with the assessment, will be held, and if approved by a majority of the Main Voting Members, the change will be deemed accepted and implemented by the Clan.
