Framework

Main - The spearhead of the Clan led by the Admins (Signers), Core Contributors, and Investors. They are responsible for bringing forth ideas, organizing proposals, and implementing strategies. The focus of this main entity is to grow, build, and develop into the best sub-community of Valhalla. The equity investors (Mech and Famhalla) coalesce through funding rounds and are responsible for crucial governance actions.

Community - The backbone of our Clan is derived from the existing Mech holders. All are invited to participate in the decision-making processes of the sub-organization.

Portfolio - The financials of the clan are conducted in the portfolio sub-organization and will be open to all members of the public. There is a separate treasury and governance procedure with the objective of maximizing long-term returns.
