The Clan's Governance Proposal Process

Abstract

The MIP-0 is the M.E.C.H. Clan’s foundational proposal which outlines the structure, procedures, and obligations of the decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).

Motivation

The M.E.C.H. Clan, a Valhalla sub-community, was created on the Lore.xyz platform (formerly Prysm) and built on Gnosis Safe on the Ethereum blockchain. The Clan aims to develop Mech's into a globally recognizable brand. Our goals are outlined on the Mission page. The Mech community will have the power to submit proposals (MIPs), vote, and help shape the future of the Clan.

The guiding values and principles of the clan are described in the Mech Constitutional Charter under the Introduction, Community Guidelines, and Clan Agreement sections.
